Also - I noticed that the website has a 700 square foot house as one of its offerings. Eventually it will sell 4,000 square foot mini mansions. Electrified and insulated (against sound really) for about $10,000 including the tools I needed. For $35,000 I would think you could build a fairly comfortable bungalow.
