State Attorney General Abuses and Sexual & Legal Double Standards

This week, I am guest blogging at Point of Law. My first blog post is about ideological and sexual double standards, which are rampant both in academia (such as at Duke University and Harvard) and in the courts (the biased way in which courts in New York handle sexual harassment and First Amendment cases).
