On the topic of Rep. Campbell’s innovative new addition to the tax code, it seems strange that any serious people are really complaining that their own taxes aren’t high enough. But, of course, that would be forgetting about fringe characters like Warren Buffett and members of The New York Times editorial board. I certainly expect both of them to endorse Campbell’s bill without hesitation.
