Former Open Market editor Peter Suderman emailed this week with a new FreedomWorks video on the mortgage bailout. The message is simple - people who took out loans they now can’t pay for should not be bailed out by the tax dollars of people who spent their money more wisely. The video also suggests that it’s especially galling for the roughly one-third of Americans who are renters and presumably saving to buy a house of their own someday.
