I have always loved the positions of the have and have nots. The sharks and the minnows? Which one are you? People realize one thing and one thing only. The only beneficiaries waiting in the wind are the cash savy investor sharks waiting in the shallow waters. Waiting and preying on your misfortunes. This is not the Banks or mtge companies or current owners waiting to be foreclosed on. These are those true predators waiting on buying bundles of homes at 30-35% of appraised value. Happy to just rent these properties out and wait out till these homes return to whatever return they are looking for. The economy will turn around it always does, we just can't predict how soon? People realize we all always will have a need a place to live whether we rent it or buy it is of no significance. But if this bailout does not go through then the gap between the haves and the have nots will even get bigger.
Let's help by killing or at least wounding a shark today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
