In a January 17, 2008 interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, Senator Obama said that “electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket” under his plan to fight global warming. He also said that under his plan, “if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them.” “An Obama spokesperson said that Obama’s remarks were taken out of context.”
Is there something in the water in San Francisco that makes officials utter explosive disclosures? Earlier, Obama attracted controversy for saying at a San Francisco fundraiser that people in “small towns in Pennsylvania” and Ohio “cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them.”
One wonders how many people in the Northeast realize that their power comes from the coal fired power plants in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan via transmission lines. The Nuclear plants here in the Northeast only supply a fraction of the needed power. Irony when Kenidy voters stare to freeze in the dark.

Why does the media refuse to broadcast these comments by Obama? It seems that the media would want to decry conservative implications of bias but they are not making any sort of effort to do so. Two phrases come to mind whenever I think of Obama's tax, economic, and energy policies: "economic ruin" and "societal decay."
The media doesn't report this because they are LIBERAL DEMOCRATS and people continue to think to take them seriously as journalists.
Get ready to become Communists, people, because Kaiser Obama IS gonna win!
Evil prevails when good people do (and say) NOTHING!
