A non-story. Most of the changes are clarifications requested by aviation organizations. These are all "housekeeping" and do not represent new regulations at all. And if you want to learn to fly, there are no new restrictions. These changes are mostly geared to commercial aviation.
How refreshing it would be if a "reporter" would actually have some knowlege of his/her subject before attempting to be an expert and merely coming off as a monumental moron.
