Very excellent and thoroughly researched video. I applaud you for your effort and patience.

But – I would argue against you on one point you made around the 8 minute mark – very often products continue being produced, not due to consumer demand, but government subsidization. Corn, and high fructose corn syrup, is one of the most obvious examples.
